Junior Cloud Support Engineer | Hybrid (Peterborough or Bourne)
Location: Hybrid – with weekly office time in either Peterborough (PE1) or Bourne (PE10)
Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK
Salary: £25,000–£30,000

LA Net is a specialist provider of Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure Solutions, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Skill up on Microsoft Azure and work towards your Azure certification (within 3 months)
- Support customers with cloud infrastructure services and Microsoft 365
- Learn tools like Azure DevOps, Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell
- Triage and manage support tickets, user accounts, automation jobs, and access management
- Create reports and assist with project tracking and system improvements
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of IT helpdesk experience, ideally with cloud support exposure
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- A customer-first mindset and a hunger to learn
- A degree or A-Level/BTEC in IT (desirable), with GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above)
- Bonus: Azure certifications up to AZ-104
